Booking, Payment & Canellation Policy

Safari and accommodation bookings are booked with advance payment. Following are other T&Cs

• Deposit as per the payment terms of the total tour cost to be paid to secure your seat.
• The remaining fee will be paid to WnS as per the payment terms specified for the respective tour
• Cancellation: A cancellation will be considered only on reciept of an email & will be done based on terms of the respective tour
• If your final payment is not received as per the above-mentioned clause, WnS will be entitled to consider your booking as cancelled.

Please find below cancellation policies for some national parks.

India

• 50% of Tour fee as non-refundable Booking Amount
• Remainder 50% of the Tour fee before 90 days to the day of the Tour.

• Booking amount paid is non-refundable in case of withdrawl or postponement of trip and amount paid will be kept as credit for utilisation against any future trip or payments
• No refund if cancellation is done under 60 days. However adjustment is allowed till 30 days prior to the event

Outside India

• 50% of the Tour fee as booking amount
• Remainder 50% of the Tour fee before 120 days to the day of the Tour.

• Booking amount paid is non-refundable in case of withdrawl or postponement of trip and amount paid will be kept as credit for utilisation against any future trip or payments
• No credit if cancellation is done under 90 days

• All prices above are excluding taxes. 5% GST extra would be applicable.
• For safari bookings, we need Photo Govt IDs for all participants
